To renew your subscription, just enter the email address you want to renew.
If you have a Premium account, you can enter any one of the mailboxes included in your subscription.
We’ll immediately send a unique, secure renewal link to that address. You can then safely complete your renewal by clicking the link in the email — confident it came from us, in direct response to your request.
This works with any email address provided by us — including those ending in @mail.coop, @phonecoop.coop or @myphone.coop. If the address you enter isn’t recognised, no email will be sent.
This offers a simple and secure way to renew — even if you haven’t received a reminder from us yet.
